When we’re talking about the Windham Hill neighborhood, it is going to be located just north of Erie, Colorado, pretty much at the intersection of I-25 and US Highway 52. So it’s a really neat neighborhood. Right now, there’s only about one house for sale in the neighborhood and it’s listed for about 720,000, which is pretty typical for this neighborhood, I’d say. At least right now in May of 2023, the bottom of the market is saying probably around 650,000 for a property here in Windham Hill, top of the market, probably upper 700s, give or take. So right over there behind these houses, you can see an absolutely fantastic view of the Rockies. Something that’s really kind of cool about this neighborhood is just given its proximity in between Erie and Longmont, you’re not that far from anything.
