Now on some transactions, what you might see on your breakdown is an admin fee being charged by your real estate agent. Now some agents charge this, it’s usually between 200 and $600, somewhere in that ballpark. And it’s for extra things like doing paperwork, phone calls, administrative tasks, or it’s to pay a transaction coordinator who handles a lot of these things as well. Now this is gonna be on top of the commission that the agent is earning. So depending on whether your agent charges that or not, it’s not necessarily a good or a bad thing, just something to be aware of so you know what you’re getting charged for. Now personally, I don’t charge an admin fee, but there’s nothing wrong with agents who do. Just remember, everything in real estate is negotiable. So when you’re talking to your agent and you see something that you don’t understand, make sure you speak up, ask questions, and don’t forget to negotiate. We’re always willing to listen to a good deal. #RealEstateInsights #HomeBuyingTips #PropertyInvestment #HouseHunting #MortgageMatters #HomeSweetHome #PropertyMarket #RealEstate101 #InvestingInHomes #DreamHome #SellingTips #InteriorDesignInspo #RealEstateAdvice #HouseHunters #RentingVsBuying #RealEstateTrends #HomeImprovement #NeighborhoodExploration #PropertyInvestor #FirstTimeBuyers #RealEstateSuccess #LandlordLife #HomeSellingStrategies #PropertyPortfolio #MovingDayJoy
