Well, if you look at this graph here from Redfin, I realized that the massive amount of pent up demand against historically low inventory, and we just hit the lowest level of inventory for May ever in history. That’s about changed any day now as you’re starting to see it tick right back up to the 2022 levels. Zillow has also published a recent report that stated that we already have positive home prices this May compared to May of 2022. The 2023 real estate market has been a emotional roller coaster for all of us. Some bullet points from that report show that sales increased from 10% April to May, home prices are up year over year 0.9% and home prices are up 1.4% from April to May.
