Ken-Caryl Ranch

Ken-Caryl is hidden Crown Jewel of Jefferson County

The Ken-Caryl Ranch is well known as one of the most coveted places to live in the southwest front range area.  This community has history that dates back well in to the 1800’s.  If you are history buff you should read up on how this community developed and evolved in to the community you see today. CLICK HERE to visit the community history page the covers everything from the amazing geological history,  to the Native Americans who used this valley and the evolution to where it stands now,   some of the original structures built in the late 1800’s are still standing today!  The Ken-Caryl Ranch,  often just called The Valley is  an amazing collection of neighborhood communities that range from the modest single family home all they way up to multi-million dollar mansions…some of the notable former residents include the Avalanche legend, Joe Sakic.   The draw of this community is simple,  it has unparalleled views tucked in to the foothills, it feels like a resort miles and miles away from the city and yet remains just a 5 minute drive back to the hussle and bustle of Littleton.  You have everything you need at your fingertips while living in a private retreat!

The Ken-Caryl area has it all!

Hiking, Fitness Center, Equestrian Center, Swimming Pools and More!

It is easy to try to promote an area and use the cliche it has something for everyone.  The Ken-Caryl Ranch is one of those rare neighborhoods that actually delivers on this promise! I know most people are torn on the value of a home owner association,  but the Ken-Caryl HOA really provides amazing amenities for the community.  One of the fist things you will notice as your drive in to The Valley is the the trails you will see almost immediately. In fact you will be able to  enjoy breathtaking views and wildlife in more than 4,800 acres of foothills open space. Over 45 miles of hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails are ready for the exploration of our residents! Trails in the foothills and hogbacks are unpaved while those found nearer residential areas are generally paved and more accessible to all users. Trails are patrolled regularly.  Finding equestrian friendly neighborhoods are getting harder and harder to find with all of the new development.
